Set in some of the best scenery in Leicestershire if not the East Midlands, the small village of Glooston is 11 miles south-east of Leicester and 5 miles north of Market Harborough.

With the Langton's to the south and excellent walks around Langton Caudle nearby there is plenty to do for the discerning visitor.

The Old Barn Inn dates from the 16th century and has low beams and thick walls. In the past it served as a coaching Inn and now serves high quality, locally sourced imaginative food for you to enjoy. The Inn has a comfortable bar with menu, a tastefully furnished restaurant, and three double rooms (one with single bed and double) which have all modern facilities with en-suite bathrooms.
